What is Bridges?

Bridges is a digital platform developed by IOM Cameroon as part of the RRR project (Return, Reintegration, Readmission). It helps returning migrants, IDPs, diaspora members and host communities find job, training and investment opportunities tailored to their profile.

Is Bridges free?

Yes, access to Bridges is completely free for all beneficiaries.

Is Bridges available in English?

Yes. You can switch between French and English using the flag icon at the top right of the platform.

Registration and account¶

How do I create an account?

I forgot my password, what should I do?

On the login screen, click Forgot password? and follow the instructions sent by email or SMS.

Is my data protected?

Yes. All personal data is anonymized and protected according to IOM standards and GDPR. Your consent is requested before any use of your information.

Features¶

How does the recommendation system work?

Bridges uses a matching algorithm that analyzes your profile (skills, experience, location, preferences) and compares it with available opportunities to propose the most suitable options.

Can I access Bridges from my phone?

Yes, via the Bridges WhatsApp Chatbot or directly from your mobile browser. A mobile application is also under development.
